Probuild (UK) Ltd were asked at very short notice to attend site after original Groundworks Company failed to deliver and were subsequently expelled from site.

Probuild (UK) Ltd carried out construction of ground beams, kerb laying, ACO drainage and extensive paving around perimeter of building.

Although Probuild (UK) Ltd came into this project late we managed to deliver the project on program and within budget.

Probuild (UK) Ltd carried out extensive works to reconfigure the car park structure, carried out the builders work package and the Dot.Com to the side of the store.

All these works were carried out with minimum disruption within a live store environment.

Tesco Goodmayes

Probuild (UK) Ltd were involved with Project 31 including a 5 year refresh. 

Tesco Copdock and Burgess Hill

Probuild (UK) Ltd were involved in the rollout of these Hercules 2 projects to introduce Mobile Phone Shops in store. Once again these projects were delivered to program within a live environment and within budget.

At Farnborough, Probuild (UK) Ltd, were involved extensively in the complete store remodel, which also included car park works and complex drainage works within a live environment.

Asda Yeovil

Probuild (UK) Ltd successfully implemented the building works associated with a complete store remodel.

Probuild (UK) Ltd carried out a rollout within the Asda chain adding small extensions to the side of the stores to form home delivery pods.

Asda Chelmsley Wood

Probuild (UK) Ltd were awarded this tender for extensive works to this new build store.

Probuild (UK) Ltd carried out all the external groundworks and concreting. 

Probuild (UK) Ltd formed a raised caged marshalling area which involved a mass poured concrete slab (230m³) to a power floated finish.

Probuild (UK) Ltd were actively involved in the development of the new Waitrose Store.
